Shipping and Delivery

To ensure that the items purchased in our store are delivered safely to our customers, we use courier post. Courier service delivers purchased items in 1-3 working days to your door. The cost of courier delivery is €7.50 nationwide. In some cases, for instance with dog hair bows, we understand that courier postage cost would be very high, so instead the items are sent by registered post, which cost €1.50. The shipment cost is calculated automatically and displayed on the shopping cart page. 

For orders outside ROI: you can place an order on our website, but due to postage being calculated by weight the postage cost will not be added to your order. You will receive a request via PayPal for your postage amount when we check the price of the parcel based on its weight.

       We aim to dispatch items within 24 hours of confirmed payment. 

Returns Policy

Its important to us that you are 100% satisfied with the purchases from Glamour Dogs store. To this effect if you are unsatisfied with products purchased, we are happy to offer you a 100% refund on the price of the product (excl. shipping cost) once you notify us 7 days of receipt of the product and return the product, as per the Distant Selling Act.

Should you have reason to return an item please enclose your - Name, Address, Order Number and a Returns Code which you can get by sending us an email. This will facilitate us to process the refund promptly.

If you would like to return a product bought on our store you must notify us within 7 working days of receiving the items and items must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to return. All items must be returned in the condition they were sent and must include all parts including having the original tags attached to be eligible for the refund. Packages must not be torn and sealed packages must not be opened.

For health and hygiene reasons, items must not have been worn other than to briefly try on indoors and must not smell of perfume, smoke, your pet or any other odours. Items must not have been washed or have pet hair or urine on them. In other words, if we cannot safely resell an item as new, we cannot accept the item as a return.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
